I had breakfast here.a lot of options.none of it tasty. I made the choice to have the Thanksgiving dinner-dried turkey loin with rubbery corn, disgusting cranberry salsa, and bland stuffing. Mexico City, without a doubt, is blessed with glorious food available on every street corner, but somehow this hotel's culinary gifts have falling into the abyss of bland, uninspired fare. My room always had that extra touch and the lobby team always had a greeting to make my day. The phenomenal service experienced from front desk and housekeeping elevates the value during your hotel stay. The massage room is awkwardly located in the men's locker room where women walk in and out freely. I did have a massage there, but I wouldn't recommend it. There is only one English speaking channel on the TV: CNN, but who cares when there's so much to see in CDMX! The fitness gym is fantastic and arguably the best part of my stay was the up-to-date equipment and options. The rooms are wonderfully modern with USB outlets liberally planted along the walls. There is something for everyone outside this hotel however, there's not much going on inside. This hotel is in the center of everything-from business offices to the vibrant LGBT clubs and bars across the street. One feedback is try to put all of your valuable belongings in locker. Also,I would suggest the hotel authority to take some extra care on the security part. I want to appreciate the hospitality always being provided by Leslie & Fernando which makes my stay more comfortable and homely. Also Fidel was there every time to help out.Overall the stay was good. But the best part I loved is the business lounge.Staff over business lounge always provides you a warm welcome and excellent variety of snacks. There are couple of restaurant within the Hotel with good varieties. The breakfast is very good with wide variety and tasty.

This hotel is situated in an excellent location just beside the tourist spot "Ángel de la Independencia".The hotel is equipped with all modern amenities with a nice lobby furnished with some superb paintings and stuff are very much friendly and helpful. As I am a Titanium elite member of Marriott Bonvoy group, I always prefer to stay in Marriott / Sheraton group of hotels. I was in Mexico City for a 1 week business trip in end of July.
